Hitting the golf ball hard and straight with the body, not the club
When I started playing golf, the idea was to "let the club head do its job." "Swing the clubhead" was another way to say it. Later, another idea came along that the club head is the wrong way. You should swing the handle. Well, you can play both ways, but if you really want to hit the ball hard and straight, you swing.
The oscillation of the body turns away from the ball, then turn it back into the ball and not only. Here's where you get your strength and accuracy -that goes out and back through.
What do the hands? After having made sure that the club, the swing starts on the right track, helping to lift the club to the top of the backswing, but after the first few meters of the club moves away from the ball, the body is above all that the club is moving . From the top of the backswing, the hands do not take on how the club for the rest of the road.
What are the poor? During the swing around, join hands on the body.Nothing more.
The reason for this is twofold. First, there is a lot more power in the large muscles of the body, than it is in the hands and arms. If you do something as difficult as you might, you should take the shot with your body weight, the acceleration may be in your arms and hands to build.
Secondly, the body is much easier to drive in a certain direction, because of its relatively slow movement, such as fast-moving hands. In fact, in the club through the guidethe ball with their hands means that you can slow down the momentum a bit 'to ensure that they go where you want to go.
The body is wider and slower movement can go directly to the club is much more consistent. To do all the arms and hands have is keeping up. If there is an error that can be done by swinging the body, which is - just swing with the body, leaving the arms and hands. If this happens, the club face the ball will come to you and the ball openswill be hard on the right.
To protect against this happens when the recession starts, make your upper body in one piece, and move the torso and arms as one piece. In this way, the poor are not left behind, and go to blows. It 's all the rotation and the force that is building your swing on the way down is to accelerate the club through the ball.
Getting down takes a little 'practice and a little' trust. If you're used to the ball with theHands, it sounds as if he had had no power. But you will notice that the feeling will change when the impact of a light clicked on an iron fist, and that takes away the ball with more authority than before. This is the power.
Trust? Now, if we want to bring something of exactly the right place, like the back of the clubhead to the golf ball, we rely on our motor skills. Now you must learn to leave the large motor skills to work. It can be pretty good. Meet someClinker at first, but do not be discouraged.
In short, the ball will be different and better than before, and you'll be playing golf on a different and better than before.
